Where is my order/shipping confirmation email?
Please check your spam box if you don’t see them on your inbox. Some Email providers filter hardly. If you’re using AT&T email provider, please contact them. We’re currently working with them to find out the issue.
All items are produced and shipped from our facility within 2-4 business days (Not including the shipping time) from the time of purchase. Standard shipping times then apply. Click the tracking information located in your confirmation email to view your shipping details and lead time. Deliveries may take longer for international orders due to customs regulations within your country. Please contact us (link) if your order hasn’t arrived within the expected lead time.
You can view the status of your order by accessing the tracking details link in your shipping confirmation email (you will receive this when your product ships). In addition, you can simply enter your order # in the ‘track your order’ link listed in the support section of our website.

Please contact us as soon as you find out that you have made an error. If we catch the issue before the item goes into production, we can make the change. Remember, we strive to send out your product ASAP so act fast! Once the item is in production, we can’t change it anymore.

Please contact us as soon as you find out that you have made an error. If we catch the issue before the item ships, than we can make the change. Otherwise, we will have to wait until the item is returned to us.
How do I Return / get a Refund?
Any apparel you receive that is incorrectly printed will be reprinted and replaced for you, free of charge. In order to get a replacement sent out, please send us a photo of the shirt and the issue, we will then place another order for you on our end to make up for the mistake. Since our apparel is custom printed for each customer, any sizing issues will be your responsibility to double check before placing an order with us. If you would like another order at a discount due to a size issue, we can gladly help you out with that. Send us an email at cs@maepajamas.com to request another item if there is a misprint, or if you’d like to purchase another size at a discount.
What happens if the item was Returned to Sender?
If your order has been listed as “undeliverable” and returned back to us, we will ship the package to you at no additional cost.
What happens if my item is damaged?
If your item has any defects or errors on our part, we will replace the item at no additional cost. The damaged product does not need to be returned. If we are unable to replace the product due to inventory issues, we will refund you or send you a comparable item of your choice.
What happens if my item is damaged after washing?
We strongly recommend reading the washing instructions found on the packing slip of your product. Designs are meant to last after many correct washings. Designs are not meant to last after being mistreated. If you believe that your product is defective, please contact us.
I can’t see the tracking. what happened?
The item is declared and waiting for shipping carrier to pick up. Once the shipping carrier pick it up, they will update it on their tracking site. For International Shipping, you can’t track it once it leaves USA. In the future, we will provide some fast shipping carriers with full tracking.
