Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

When shipping within the continental United States, our standard shipping takes 9-15 business days to arrive after the order was placed. Once an order is received, we will process to made the items and work to get it delivered as quickly as possible. We recommend placing orders as early as possible, and we thank you for your patience!

How do I change my shipping address?

We can try to make corrections to your order within 48 hours from the time that you submitted your order form. If you request for the corrections after 48 hours, we will no longer be able to update it on our end. Please contact cs@maepajamas.com to request for updating a new shipping address.

How do I track the status of my order?

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email. If you placed your order as a registered customer, you can also find your tracking information in your order history on My Account page.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, We ship worldwide.

Will my items come in one package?

The items may arrive in separate package due to warehouse reason.

I GOT THE WRONG/ DEFECTIVE ITEMS. HOW CAN I GET MY CORRECT ORDER?

In the event of a wrong/ defective order, please contact Customer Service at cs@maepajamas.com. We will ask you to take a picture of what you have received for verification purposes. We will then check our records to verify your claim. If we made the mistake, we will go ahead and send you your correct order. You do not have to send the wrong product back to us.
